Networks and positive workplace relationships

The completion of tasks and achievement of goals in the workplace requires that diverse teams of people interact constantly, and every day. For some the communication tends to come naturally where others might struggle. This course investigates how everyone in the workplace, including the natural communicators, need to commit to the ongoing work of building the interpersonal skills that sustain healthy workplace relationships.
