Perhaps one of the most important aspects of anyone’s job, no matter what role you have, is to meet your customers’ needs. And no matter what your job may be, you certainly have customers. Customers may be people who purchase a product or service. They may be individuals you interact with frequently, on occasion, or hardly at all. Customers can also be co-workers within your company who you provide support and assistance to. Either way, your job requires you to meet the needs of customers in some way. This course will help you determine what your customers need and are looking for from you and the company. Once you have a clear idea of what your customer requires, you will be able to identify the actions you can take to help meet those needs.
