This scenario tells the story Ben who in trouble for losing his cool because of all the stress he is under working from home, managing the team remotely, dealing with distractions and trying to get sales in a really rough market! His manager, Deanna decides to coach him on controlling his reactions. She is coaching him via video calls. She wants him to decide himself that its worth taking a different approach because it impacts the outcome he will get.
