The scenarios will give you ideas and help you with the practical how of managing remote teams inclusively.

This scenario tells the story Mike who is a man of routine and has never worked from home before or managed remote teams. He feels like he and the team are being reactive and frenetically busy&.but they are not as productive as they should be. He decides that he needs to get conscious about setting a new routine and rhythm for himself and his team for working from home and managing the team remotely. He needs some new habits!
