Scenario summary:

In this scenario a group of leaders are casting blame for aproblem with customers. They pull a young manager in on the video call and cross examine him. Zhang Wei is a shy person and just apologises and promises not to do it again, but is deeply effected. Shaun, one of the leaders in the group notices the impact and questions himself. Shaun decides that he needs totake action. He approaches Zhang Wei, gets vulnerable himself and has an offline conversation in a non-threatening way. He learns that there is a solution and Zhang Wei really opens up and shares his perspective and ideas.
