Management Gaps helps build leadership and management skills for companies with cross-generational workforces. Users play as two lead characters in a sitcom quality interactive movie; a millennial who has recently been promoted to her first management position, and a more seasoned GenX manager. Learners make decisions as each of the managers regarding a variety of realistic business challenges. The stories branch to different pathways based on user choices, and learners gets to experience the consequences of their decisions.

Management Gaps includes an onscreen host who guides users through the virtual experiences. At the end of the training, learners are provided an after-action report that shows where they did well and where they may need to improve.

Built on the premise that experience really is the best teacher, Management Gaps allows users to experience realistic business situations in the safety of cyberspace before encountering similar events in real life.

Management Gaps helps create stronger management teams by bringing users together and offering them the unique opportunity to see the same event from different perspectives and walk in someone else's shoes.
