You’ll learn how to use some common tools that Six Sigma has adapted from Lean, such as 5S and value stream mapping. You’ll also explore other Lean Six Sigma techniques, such as how to conduct a Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), which is used to identify potential failures in a process design and assess the risk they pose.
