There was a time when most any agency website was acceptable and posting an insurance pitch once a week on Facebook was fine, assuming you used social media at all. That’s all changed. As agency management standards have evolved over the years, so, too, have the rules changed for customer-facing digital tools. Technology has trashed the rule book, insurance buyers demand more from their customer experience and agents must adapt -- or else.
