management. Focus is placed on the ANSI and IEEE accepted standards for professional project
management as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Students will learn about teams and leadership, project communication, stakeholder management, scope and requirements, developmental methoologies, effective budgets and schedules, project performance and change management.
