Challenging work is good for everyone. It stretches our capabilities, forces us to learn new things and tests our limits. It broadens our experience and builds our skills, enabling us to do new things or more complicated work. After completing something that is challenging, we tend to experience higher levels of satisfaction, knowing we did something that was difficult and not easy to do. This course provides a group of actions you can select from to increase the level of challenge in your work. Remember, challenges are not always easy. They can be hard. However, through challenges we grow, develop and build our skills. This increase in experience then allows us to do more complicated work and strengthens our value to the organization.
