HSE standards associated competencies provide an effective way for managers to reduce the likelihood of stress-related issues occurring at work.
The Skillshub HSE Management Standards course part one looks at the first two factors – demand and support, and how they are interconnected. This course demonstrates how managers should support their staff in five different ways to take pressure off their teams.
This course has been structured into three short sections: firstly, a learning video, secondly, action-based resources and finally, a quick 3 question quiz to make sure you have fully understood the learning, which has been developed by experienced learning and development specialists.
Once the course is completed, you will understand how the big indicators of training, environment, feedback, support, and resources can support you or a team member in managing your stress levels, along with the support your manager should be providing you.
