Giving positive and constructive feedback

To train for: 

• Giving positive feedback to motivate the other person and improve their self-confidence. 
• Giving constructive feedback that allows the other person to be aware of their assets/resources and make a request on one or two progress points.

This course will cover:

• Learn about the method for giving positive and constructive feedback.
• View an example  of positive and constructive feedback.
• Practice giving feedback while interacting with different characters.

Target Audience

Anyone in a situation to give feedback.

PMI accreditation: earn 0.25 PDU points from PMI.
