Welcome to our three-part video course on "Getting Customer Feedback," part of the "Performance Excellence" series! If you want to be an excellent service organization, then you have to get input from customers on what their wants, needs, and expectations are. That’s up-front information so that you know WHAT you should be doing. In this video course, you will learn about customer interaction, gathering information, using the information, and improving your work based on customer feedback.
