Foreign Exchange: Use of Options

Foreign exchange options are part of a suite of products available to corporate treasurers, fund managers, and various financial institutions which assist in managing the inherent risks in FX transactions. The use of vanilla options for hedging is explored and we look at the buying and selling of options as part of hedging strategies.
