With the help of the arrow keys in Excel, you can move really quickly from cell to cell. You can also use the mouse to target and select one of the visible cells, for example. But what do you do, though, if the cell you want to get to is really way down or over to the right in a column or row you can't see, e.g. cell “ADE7000”? In this case the so-called name box can help you to move to a target in the worksheet.
