In a dynamic and complex environment, change is inevitable. To avoid being left behind, all organizations need to be able to change, enable their people to change, and to be productive during change processes. The goal of this course is to help managers cope with the real world changes they face on a regular basis and lead the large scale transformational changes that occur. We present tools templates and skills that a manager can use at work, as well as providing an analytic framework to understand the different kinds of changes they are likely to experience.
