Course Description

電気を扱う仕事は危険が伴います。機械や機器の保守やメンテナンスを行う作業員は、機械や機器が突然動き出したり、機器に蓄積された電気エネルギーが放出されたりしたときに怪我をする可能性があります。実際、作業する前に機械をロックアウトしなかったことが、怪我や死亡の主な原因となっています。このような事故による死亡や怪我は、効率的なロックアウト/タグアウトプログラムを作り、従うことで防ぐことができます。このトレーニングでは、電気の危険性、電気を扱う際の安全な作業方法、ロックアウト/タグアウトプログラム、および自分の命を救う方法を学びます。対象となる受講者は、電気機器を扱う従業員と電気機器の周囲で作業する従業員です。

• Recall safe practices for working with and around electricity
• Explain the purpose of lockout/tagout
• List different forms of hazardous energy
• Identify who should use lockout/tagout and when it should be used

• Recognize the types of lockout/tagout devices
• List the steps for attaching and removing locks and tags
• Discuss periodic inspections of lockout/tagout procedures
• Understand the training recommendations for lockout/tagout
