Domestic and International Markets

Securities issuers may offer their stock or debt on both domestic and international securities markets. The domestic market is an internal market for securities of entities domiciled within that country, while in international markets, securities denominated in a particular country's currency may not actually be traded in that country. Here we examine the domestic and international markets for equities and bonds.
