Dion’s training skills are improving and many give advice. Serena advocates asking at the outset about participants’ needs and getting their attention straightaway. Sam feels his talent is listening to participants and tailoring his approach to individuals’ different learning paces. Dion stresses the importance of an encouraging and positive atmosphere – no shooting down of people’s ideas and input. Carol advocates colorful, succinct speaking that raises people’s energy levels and readiness to hear what’s next.
