At Cutting Edge all is not well. Steve is feeling unmotivated and negative about his job, after losing a sale. Casey tries to cheer him up and Carol offers advice about being in the Negative Land of W. Carol tells the team that certain people (like Steve), are in the Land of W – Wasting time, Wishing they were somewhere else and Whining about it. Marcus offers a group strategy for dealing with the negativity and moving to the Positive Land of W. Carol’s advice strikes a chord with Steve and he goes on to help Dion through a setback. Next day Carol explains that Steve has made the important change of becoming a Chooser – he can choose his positivity over negativity.
