Welcome to the "Delivering Bad News" video series. This is the first video lesson in a series of two and discusses how to prepare for a bad news conversation. Nobody likes to be the bearer of bad news, yet it has to be done. Employees may need to be informed of negative performance appraisals or you simply may need to say “no” to a customer or someone else about something they want.
