When change happens in your life, remember; Feelings such as fear and sadness are completely normal. Denial may also kick in but remember not to get stuck here.  Seek out a friend or family member and talk through what you’re experiencing honestly. Be prepared to be challenged.

When change occurs in our lives, the biggest challenge and the greatest reward is in changing ourselves.
