At the end of this module you will be able to:

  • Identify the bad habits from excess of work
  • Adopt the good reaction to be replaced by new effective habits.

This course will cover:

  • Taking the model of the "time imps" to embody all of the bad habits that come from an excess of work.
  • View an example of response adapted to replace each of these habits with an effective habit.
  • Practice the adoption of these new effective habits by means of interactions with other people caught up with time imps.
