One way to help your team focus on each other’s strengths is to create a team culture that is focused on capitalizing on co-worker talents. This type of culture is developed when individual talents and strengths become a team priority, are consistently talked about, and when successes are celebrated. By creating a talent culture, team members learn how to use each other’s strengths and thus are more productive and successful. This course will provide a process to share why it’s important to capitalize on everyone’s strengths, and how each person’s unique skills and capabilities help the team achieve great results. In addition, you’ll talk about what’s going on in the team or company that creates the need to build a culture that taps into each person’s core strengths and capabilities.
