The three video lessons in this series explain the different CQI disciplines, why some CQI initiatives fail, and the various types of certifications. After completing this course, the viewer will have a foundational understanding of the philosophies behind different performance improvement strategies, and they will be prepared to tackle the subsequent series on continuous quality improvement. This program is valid for one PDC for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and one hour of recertification credit through the HR Certification Institute.
