The five video lessons in this series cover different kinds of flowcharts and diagrams, including the value-added flowchart and the arrow diagram. Additionally, one lesson describes how you can determine the critical paths of your processes. Through this course, the viewer will understand how to organize their business process flows, minimize waste, and maximize efficiency for the benefit of continuous quality improvement. This program is valid for one PDC for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and one hour of recertification credit through the HR Certification Institute.
