The five video lessons in this series explain five different kinds of diagrams which can be used to analyze and improve your business processes. By the end of this course, the viewer will know when to use which diagram, as well as how to analyze them for their organization’s benefit. This program is valid for one PDC for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and one hour of recertification credit through the HR Certification Institute.
