When all team members clearly see how the work they do directly contributes to the success of the company, greater personal meaning and purpose is created, thus leading to higher levels of performance and stronger team results. When your team is committed to a common goal and believes in the future, it is able to handle adversity, perform at higher levels of performance, and enjoy working together. This level of cohesiveness should be the goal of every work group. For this course you will work with your team to connect all team members to the company strategy.
