Course Overview

Imagining a world of travel these days is almost impossible without the inclusion of airplanes. And imagining a home without a refrigerator seems equally implausible. The experiences we afford from these tools are owed immensely to the compressor working hard behind the scenes. Compressors also find application in gas transport and compression of intermediate and end product gases. This module describes the various types of compressors of the process industry, their components, and the principles behind their working.

Target Audience

Oil & Gas and Manufacturing Industries
