Course Description

There are three main types of communication: verbal, written, and nonverbal. Surprisingly, 55% of face-to-face communication comes from nonverbal cues such as tone or body language. Different communication channels are more or less effective at transmitting different kinds of information. This course discusses some of the methods used within organizations to communicate ideas internally as well as externally.
