This session presents the "claim stories" of three families who suffered through the tornadoes which struck Joplin, MO and Tuscaloosa, AL in 2011. Their narrated stories provide an emotional and inspirational story about recovery and offer insights and fresh ideas on improving future catastrophe claims experience.
