Learning Objectives
After completing the module, you’ll be able to:
- Display respectful, tolerant behaviour towards colleagues and clients that aligns with the organisation’s anti-bullying policy;
- Demonstrate an appreciation of the effects of bullying on individuals and the workplace;
- Know what to do if confronted by, or witness to bullying behaviour in the workplace;
- Identify attitudes, beliefs and organisational factors which can lead to bullying;
- Identify the difference between measures taken to improve performance and bullying behaviours;
- Identify when bullying becomes a criminal offence.
