It comprises four video lessons that provide a process for remembering names, reasons for using mental images, and a mental exercise to test your skills. After viewing this course, learners will be adept at recalling the names of everyone they meet -- from coworkers, to customers, to professional connections. This program is valid for one PDC for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and one hour of recertification credit through the HR Certification Institute.
