Be a GEM is a course designed to help learners develop three key leadership qualities that will strengthen any team and build respect for the ‘GEM’. While GEMS are all too rare in our working lives, we very quickly know them when we see them. Psychologist Eve Ash explains how you can be a GEM in the workplace and create value wherever you go.
Once this course is completed you will have learned the three GEM qualities. They are the GIVERS - people who go above and beyond the call of duty because they thrive on giving their best. They ENHANCE mundane tasks and frequently ignite new ideas and approaches. Above all, they inspire and MOTIVATE everyone to do their best, often by sheer example.
