In this video lesson, ‘Types of Harassment,’ contestants compete to identify common examples of harassment in the workplace. First, the guests and audience are reminded that the two main types of harassment are quid pro quo, or “this for that,” and hostile work environment. Then, the bulk of the competition focuses on identifying prevalent examples of the three components of a hostile work environment: visual, physical, and vocal. This anti-harassment course, which was designed to comply with state laws, is sure to capture your engagement while teaching you everything you need to know about workplace harassment.
