Anti-Harassment Training for Employees

Welcome to BizLibrary TV! This anti-harassment course, is sure to capture your engagement while teaching you everything you need to know about workplace harassment. Throughout this course, nonsupervisory employees will learn critical information regarding workplace harassment, including how to navigate sex and gender issues, complaint procedure guidelines, and the EEOC definition of sexual harassment.

Additionally, the course covers methods for eradicating abusive conduct at work. All video lessons are modeled after various TV shows, from Jeopardy! and Family Feud to talk shows and cartoons. In the end, employees should know just how to recognize and deal with harassment situations should they occur in the workplace.

This program is valid for 1.5 PDCs for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and 1.5 hours of recertification credit through the HR Certification Institute.
