Age Discrimination Module

An in-depth review of age discrimination, it's justifications, and how it can happen at all stages of employment.

In this course, we will consider the four main types of discrimination and what the law says to protect individuals, regardless of their actual or perceived age. We will also consider cases where discrimination relating to age can be objectively justified. This course also recognises that a person can experience discrimination at any age, whether young or old. Protection against age discrimination applies at all stages of employment, from recruitment through to retirement and redundancies.
