Course Overview

As Peter Quarry explains to Eve Ash, in a highly complex world, the person who successfully cuts through is someone who adapts and changes their communication style, depending on the needs of their audience. They try to read the other people through studying their reactions, changing the message where necessary through simplifying language, slowing down and pronouncing words clearly.
