This video lesson is the second of six in the "Account Management: Establishing Lasting Partnerships" video course, which teaches learners how to cultivate loyal relationships with accounts. In this lesson, learners will come to understand the importance of deepening the relationship with each account in order to transition from the earlier stages to the partnering stage. Viewers will also have the chance ponder key questions about how well they are doing in becoming a vendor partner.
