Being a Good Boss: What it is
A happy, enthusiastic worker will do 100% more work than a demotivated one. They will also be good to work with. People may or may not feel strong loyalty to the organisation they work for, but they nearly always have firm views, good or bad, about their immediate boss. ‘Good bosses’ seem to have all the keen, enthusiastic people in their teams, and this can’t be a coincidence!
