Performing your first performance review or having your first performance development conversation can be stressful and perhaps even feel overwhelming. It can be uncomfortable giving performance feedback, especially if your own performance review experiences have not been very good. However, this is your chance to define what type of supervisor you want to be. You have the opportunity to conduct these conversations differently and strive to make them a positive experience for both you and your team members. This course will focus on what you need to do during your very first performance development conversation to ensure you have prepared in the best way possible and can deliver a great first performance development conversation.
