It comprises eleven video lessons that cover a range of topics, including strokes, personal tapes, and life positions. It also discusses winners versus losers, life scripts, parent-adult-child ego states, and the games people play at work. Ultimately, this video course will help learners better understand themselves and those they work with so they can interact with others in a more effective manner. This program is valid for one PDC for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and one hour of recertification credit through the HR Certification Institute.
