Influenza affects approximately 15% of the world’s population and results in half a million deaths annually. Around 12,000 people in the UK die each year from influenza.

- The learner will gain the theoretical skills and knowledge required to recognise the signs and symptoms of Influenza and understand the basis of seasonal vaccination.
May be used to provide mandatory annual refresher of skills.
