This panel will explore the Activation Gap, the disconnect between the learning organizations provide and the follow-through required to turn that learning into measurable workforce progress.

Panelists will discuss why L&D must evolve from training delivery and learning access toward workforce enablement, a model that connects learning to business priorities, manager action, reinforcement, employee guidance and measurable capability growth.
