Course Description

Creating a mindset for change is a process that moves individuals from being unconscious and reactionary to being creative and intentional. This is the shift in mindset that is needed for people to focus on positive outcomes and change. So creating awareness and talking about it is an important first step in creating change.

In the Creating a Mindset for Change Process, Laura Goodrich, Global Workforce Innovator, will guide you through a series of microlearning on the Seeing Red Cars methodology. This course will give you the tools you need to maintain a positive mindset and change behavior.

  • Shows you how fear based thinking is getting in the way of change
  • Teaches you how to rewire your brain toward positive outcomes

This is a spaced learning program where users watch a microlearning lesson once a week. The entire program can be done in two days to 45 days.

Bio

Laura is an internationally recognized expert in change and the future of work. She has spent over twenty years as an innovator, speaker, coach, and advisor.

Laura has authored, hosted and produced ten internationally distributed cinematic microlearning programs for business and industry, she has hosted three television shows and a national radio program. She and her business partner are pioneer producers of Cinematic Microlearning programs that leverage film-making methods, coaching and storytelling into a designed process that drives true change.

Leveraging extensive experience as an entrepreneurial technology leader and global workforce change expert she is always looking for an innovative way to challenge the status quo.

This is the seventh video course in the eight-part “Creating a Mindset for Change for Leaders” series. In this seventh video course, Learners will learn who will help them in creating a collective mindset for change on their team and who will not. They will understand how to identify those who will help and how to create the opportunity for dialogue and trust with those who do not quite know how they fit in. Learners will learn about the power of stories in creating a mindset for change. All eight video courses are intended to be taken in sequence with a spaced learning approach. The idea is to take one part of the eight-part video course each week or every other week, allow for a period of time to pass, and then consider the concept again in a different way by taking the next part. While beginning at the leadership level, the fundamentals taught in these videos are meant to spread throughout your organization - leaders take the program and then disseminate it to their team members, all with the intent of creating a culture of embracing change within the organization.
